If you’re like most people stretching is not your favorite part of exercising. Not only that, but it raises questions. How long should I hold it? How many times per day? Before or after exercise? Should it hurt?
We have an answer: let us do it! That’s right, Turning Point Chiropractic is now offering stretching sessions. You can block off 15 minutes sessions that are dedicated to just you being stretched out. It’s as simple as showing up and lying on the table. You tell us what is going on and we will handle it from there.
At Turning Point Chiropractic, our doctors are specialists in movement and mechanics. They incorporate stretching into every treatment. There is an art and science behind knowing different stretching techniques for different injuries, when to incorporate multi-joint stretches vs. when to isolate a muscle. They can even show you a stretch or two to do at home.
You don’t have to be an existing patient and this doesn’t replace chiropractic care. It’s something we have been doing for patients for a while and want to open up the opportunity to everyone.
