When we come to an event, the last thing we are going to do is click through some boring anatomy powerpoint loaded with statistics. After wall, “Movement is Medicine”! The last thing we want is your audience to sit the entire time. We pack our workshops and events with activities like foam rolling, lacrosse ball releases, band exercises, mobility work, and more. And don’t worry, we know it’s rude to show up empty handed so we bring plenty of stuff to give away.
Say what?
When you engage us to speak we will set up an interview prior to the event to discuss any specific topics you would like us to cover. If you don’t know what to talk about, we’ve got your back (yup, chiropractic pun!). Below is a list of a few things we have spoken about before.

How much does this cost?
This is absolutely FREE. Even if we bring stuff to give away, which we always do (see above), there is no charge to you. We want to make sure the people in attendance are getting the best and most accurate information they can. We cringe when people come and show us “the stretches I learned on YouTube”.
